This is a 2 Bedroom south-facing apartment in Spain's premier holiday resort on the Costa Azahar, sleeping 4, or 6 using a pull-out sofa bed. There is a swimming pool and children's playground in the block, and a view of the sea and mountains from the apartment terrace. A sandy beach and large supermarket are within a few minutes walk, and the main attractions of the resort including bars / restaurants, shops, gardens, theme parks and the famous seawater spa are all less than 1km away. The bathroom & kitchen are fully equipped with all appliances, crockery, cutlery & utensils. Blankets, bed linen and towels are provided, and a local management team is on hand who will meet and greet you, and prepare the accommodation for your arrival. The apartment has an air conditioning and heating unit, and a TV with digital terrestrial tuner and a DVD / CD player. Secure underground parking is also available.

The rates shown are for use of the apartment per. week. For daily rates, please divide weekly rate by 7. Prices are inclusive of towels & linen, gas, water and electricity.

A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, and the balance payable at least 28 days before start of holiday, together with a refundable security deposit of £200 or €250.
